The individual policies aim at exerting influence to all three tiers of governments and stakeholders to contribute toward the singular vision of “Dynamic and healthy river basins and large watersheds…” in Nepal. Altogether, the 26 strategies have been developed for intervention in the 4 strategic areas. These are further broken into Working policies and strategic actions with target dates and are supported by interdisciplinary implementation mechanisms and monitoring and evaluation framework.
